To book an appointment please call the clinic. The phones are open from 9am-4pm on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. We are occasionally open Thursdays.

If you wish to cancel your appointment please send us an email a minimum of 24-hours prior to your scheduled appointment. Please provide your first and last name and date/time of the appointment you are cancelling in the email.
Appointments cancelled less than 24-hours in advance will be subject to a fee.
